摘要
自土壤中分离出两株产生高活性环状糊精葡萄糖基转移酶(CGT ase)的嗜碱性细菌,属于芽孢杆菌。根据它们的形态结构、生理和生化特征,将其鉴定为嗜碱芽孢杆菌(Bacillus alcalophilus)。
Two CGTase-producing bacteria were isolated from soil. Both of them are alkal iphilus spore-forming bacteria. According to their morphological, physiological and biochemical characteristics,Two strains are identified as Bacillus alcalophilus.
