巴西固氮螺菌对田间玉米产量的影响 被引量:2

YIELD RESPONSE OF CORN TO INOCULATION WITH AZOSPIRILLUM BRASILENSE UNDER FIELD CONDITIONS

摘要 用巴西固氮螺菌8018菌株菌肥拌黔单4号和京杂6号玉米种子于普定县三块田村进行了田间应用实验。结果表明,在常规田间管理情况下,能提早出苗期,使植株增高、增重、增粗,扩大叶面积和增加千粒重。粮食增产7%左右。在肥力较低的土壤中比在肥力较高的土壤中增产率高。 The yield response of two common corn cultivars (Qiandan NO.4 and Jingza NO.6) to inoculation with Azospirillum brasilense strain 8018 was studied under field condition in Puding county. The results showed that under normal agricultural practice the inoculation moved up the date of emergence and increased the plant high, dry weight, stem diameter, leaf surface and 1000 grain weight. There were increases of about 7% in grain output. The rate of grain increase in fertile soil was lower than in poor soil.
