摘要
介绍了三相三线制混合型有源电力滤波器在变频调速电动机谐波治理和无功补偿方面的运行情况。三相三线制混合型有源电力滤波器由RC高频吸收电路、LC单调谐无源滤波电路和IGBT三相全控有源滤波电路组成,具有有源单元容量小、直流侧电压低、谐波抑制率高、无功功率补偿可灵活调节和动态电压适应性强等特点。实现了混合型电力滤波器与电容器组并联挂网运行,使总谐波畸变率下降约50%,功率因数由0.65提高到0.9以上。
The operating status of three-phase three-wire HAPF(Hybrid Active Power Filter) in har-monic suppression and reactive power compensation for variable-frequency motor are introduced. It consists of RC high-frequency absorption circuit,mono-tuning LC reactive power filter circuit and IGBT three-phase full control active power filter circuit,with small active unit capacity,low DC voltage,high harmonic suppression ratio,flexible reactive power compensation,better dynamic voltage adaptability and so on. It is realized to run the hybrid active power filter with capacitor banks in parallel,which lowers the total harmonic distortion rate by about 50 percents,and raises the power factor from 0.65 to more than 0.9. This project is supported by the Major Project of the State Power Corporation(SPC)(SPKJ011- 08).
