摘要
完整的电能质量采集数据是提出电能质量有效控制措施的基础,也是解决电能质量问题的前提。对当前电能质量管理模式和监测仪器的优缺点进行了分析,依据电能质量相关国家标准,提出电能质量管理信息系统的构建方案,采用分层分布式体系结构,划分为数据采集、数据管理和分析及终端应用三部分,并介绍了各部分构成。最后描述了电能质量管理信息系统的具体功能。
Complete power quality data is the base of the effective power quality control measures,as well as the precondition to solve the problems of power quality. The power quality management modes and the strongpoint and shortcoming of monitoring devices are analyzed. According to the relevant state standards,a design scheme of power quality management information system is proposed,which adopts layered and distributed structure. It is divided into data acquisition,data management and analysis,and terminal application. Each part is introduced. Its functions are described.
