贵阳地区意蜂早春繁殖效果观察

SURVEY OF EARLY-SPRING REPRODUCTION OF ITALIAN BEE IN GUIYANG

在贵阳地区就9群意蜂进行了早春繁殖试验。结果表明,1月上旬开始早繁为好,4框以上群势双王繁殖,流蜜盛期可以12～16框的群势投入采集,3～4月单群春蜜产量达56公斤;如以单王繁殖,则起繁群势至少应达4.8框足蜂以上,单群春蜜产量可达24.6公斤以上。文中还探讨了起繁日期、起繁群势、王头数等三因素对群势增长、取蜜数量的主次效应和相互间的关系。

Nine groups of Italian bee were conducted for early-spring reproduction experiment in Guiyang region. The results indicate the appropriate period for early-spring reproduction is the first ten-day of. When more than four comb-baskets with double queens were reproduced,nectar was harvested between 12-16 comb-baskets at the full nectar flow and nectar yield of single comb-basket was up to 5Gkg from March to Apr.However, when reproduced with single queen, the reproductive population was at least 4.8 comb-basket was more than 24.6kg.This paper discusses the problem of that primary and secondary effect and relationship of population increment and harvest quantum were affeceted by reproductive period, reproductive population and number of queen.
