高秆隐性水稻Grlc的遗传与利用研究 Ⅱ.Grlc与矮秆籼稻杂交的F_2、BF_1的株高遗传 被引量:2

摘要 利用高秆隐性水稻Grlc与几个矮秆籼稻杂交、回交,调查其F_2与F_1的株高表现。研究结果表明,高秆隐性水稻Grlc的株高性状受一对隐性主效基因控制,当其与Sd_1基因的矮秆籼稻杂交,F_2株高的高、矮秆分离比例为1:3,用隐性亲本回交F_1,高、矮秆分离比例为1:1。卡方测验结果一致。Grlc与Sd_1基因等位。 The plant height of F2 and BF1 coming from recessive tall-culm in rice (oryza sativa L.) and some short-culm Indica inbreeding and backcrsssing was investigated. The results showed as follow. The plant height of Grlc recessive tall-culm in rice is controlled by double recessive major genes. The separation of the plant height of tall and short culm is at the ratio of one to three, with it intercrossing with sd1 gene of short-culm Indica. The ratio is one to one with backcross with recessive parents.Cumber testing accords with Cumic testing. The position of Grlc and sd1 gene is equal.
