摘要
在界定地铁商业的基础上 ,提出了地铁商业开发既要与地铁规划紧密结合、更要与整个城市甚至区域规划相统一等基本原则。提出应专业化、特色化开发规划地铁商业 ;在商业环境较好的地铁上盖适当开发大型商场 ;以人为本 ,开发集购物、餐饮、休闲、娱乐于一体的综合购物商场为主的地铁地面商业 ;
Because of the enormous stream of people coming in and out the subway stations,the development of moderate subway commerce is very essential.With a clear definition of subway commerce,this paper holds that the construction of subway commercial development area shall be planned in line with the practical conditions of the metro,the whole city or even the regional planning.This paper also suggests the development and planning of metro commerce shall be human-oriented with profesional and characteristic services.
