11个常用玉米自交系主要数量性状配合力分析 被引量:12

COMBINING ABILITY ANALYSIS ON THE MAIN QUANTITATIVE CHARACTERSTICS OF 11 MAIZE INBRED LINES

摘要 用11个常用玉米自交系,按Griffing完全双列杂交方法四组成53个杂交组合,进行了田间试验。对主要数量性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力、配合力总效应进行了估算。对各自交系的特殊配合力方差进行分析和综合评价。结果表明,自交系交51具有较高的一般配合力和其配出的组合易出现较强的非加性基因效应。9个数量性状中产量性状的遗传力低。各性状狭义遗传力的大小依次是:穗粗>穗位高>吐丝期>株高>百粒重>穗长>穗行数>行粒数>单株粒重。 1] maize inbred lines often used were crossed according to Griffing's (1956b) method four. 55 hybrids were got. Complete random block design was taken. GCA, SCA,TCA were estimated correspondingly. Variance of SCA of every line was analysed and evaluated.Genetic specialities and useful value of these lines were pointed out. The line Jiao 51 was found with high GCA and higher non-additive gene effect in the hybrids in which Jiao 51 was a parent. Therefore, Jiao 51 was an elite line. After 9 characterstics broad and narrow sense heritability were estimated correspondingly, it was found that their yield heritability was small. The order of the narrow sense heritability of characterstics (from large to small) was as follow: ear diameter, ear height, silking date, plant height, 100 kernel weight, ear lenght, rows per ear, kernels per row and lernel weight per plant (i. e. yield).
