过量空气系数对燃料电池发动机输出特性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以一个 2kW氢 空质子交换膜燃料电池堆以及由此组成的发动机台架为研究对象 ,探讨了过量空气系数 λ改变所导致的燃料电池堆和发动机输出特性的变化。结果表明 ,增大λ可提高电堆性能 ,当λ增大到 2 .0附近 ,电堆性能随λ增加速度明显减小 ,当λ >3.0时 ,电堆性能基本上与λ无关。λ=2 .0 The characteristics of a 2kW H 2-Air PEMFC stack and its corresponding prototype engine were studied with different excess air ratio λ by experiment.It was shown that the performance of the stack could be enhanced obviously by increasing λ when λ<2,but a little benefit was achieved in the region of 2<λ<3.As soon as λ>the performance hardly changed with λ.The optimal net power output of engine was achieved when λ=2.
