乙醇电控喷射在线匹配系统的开发与应用

摘要 介绍了一种自行开发的电控燃料喷射在线参数测试和匹配标定的开发系统。该系统利用原电控喷射汽油发动机的ECU和传感器系统 ,通过在线测试和控制系统与原机ECU及传感器信号的数据截取和新增控制电路的控制信号再输出 ,实现了电控发动机在线匹配所需的高速、实时数据采集 ,数据存储 ,动态数据监测和显示 ,在线参数优化和匹配标定。在成功将 12 This paper presents an on-line matching and calibration system for EFI system.By intercepting the data from the ECU and sensors of original EFI engine and obtaining the control signal output of newly added control circuit,the system realizes high-speed real-time data acquisition,data storage,dynamic data monitoring and display as well as on-line parameter optimization,matching and calibration for EFI engine.Using the system,a 125 mL,gasoline EFI engine is successfully transformed into an ethanol EFI engine,showing the practicality and use convenience of the system.
