摘要
Nand Flash以其优越的特性和更高的性价比 ,在现代数码产品中得到了广泛的应用。本文提出了在一款基于 ARM7TDMI CPUCORE的片上系统 ( SOC)芯片中的 Nand Flash控制器的实现方案及其在 Uclinux下的驱动移植。该设计方法已通过了 RTL 级验证、FGPA验证 ,并在实际芯片的演示样机上得到了具体实现。
Because of its outstanding merits and cheaper price,Nand Flash has been widely used in many kinds of digital equipments. This paper presents a design method of Nand Flash controller included in one kind of SOC which is based on ARM7TDMI,and related driver's transplanting to Uclinux is also introduced. This controller has passed RTL verification and FPGA verification,and it is also used as a part of demo prototype now.
