贵州山苍子果实精油的研究 被引量:6

A STUDY ON ESSENTIAL OIL FROM FRUITS OF LITSEA CUBEBA (LOUR.) PERS

摘要 1984、1985年在紫云、榕江两县对山苍子果实的生育期、不同株龄、不同坡向植株果实的精油含量及加工过程中的精油得率、醛含量变化进行了研究。结果:7~10年株龄果实产量及精油含量最高,红果期采收的果实精油含量和醛含量最高。同时对加工方法提出了“猛火加工,缩短同期”的改进措施。 The growth period, plant ages and essential oil content of fruits from different sides or sloping land, and essential oil rates and aldehyde content extracted during processing were studied at Ziyun and Rongjiang counties in 1984-1985. The results show that fruit yield and essential oil content from 7-10 years plants, and contents of essential oil and aldehyde from fruits collected at the red fruit stage are the highest. At the same time, the improved extraction method of 'processing on heavy fire and shortening cycles' is suggested.
