几种光电探测设备的信号探测概率分析 被引量:3

摘要 光电探测设备的一个重要指标是探测概率 .光电探测设备主要有窄带、宽带、光子计数、积累检测等四种系统 ,其探测概率的数学模型也各不相同 .在分析各系统的信号与噪声统计模型基础上 ,给出了各模型的探测概率和虚警概率计算公式 。 The detection probability of electro-optic detection equipment is an important index. There are four kinds of electro-optic detection systems, such as narrow band, wide band, photon counting, accumulative detection, of which mathematic models of detection probability are also different. Based on analysis of the statistical models of signal and noise, these formulae of detection probability and false alarm rate of four systems are presented, which can be used in the design of specific electro-optic detection equipment.
