摘要
采用近红外线状光源、CCD技术及计算机图像处理等技术 ,实现钢轨磨耗检测系统的软硬件设计 .本系统实时采集钢轨磨耗断面图像 ,快速、准确地计算出钢轨水平面内侧三分之一处和水平面下 1 6mm处的两处磨耗值 ,判断出钢轨受伤程度 .与机车里程计相结合 ,确定出严重受伤钢轨的具体位置 ,以便及时维护 。
The linear light source of the near infrared, CCD technology and computer image processing technology have been applied in the software and hardware implementation of rail abrasion detection system. And the real-time image of rail cross-section has been acquisitioned .At the same time , the two abrasion values at 16mm below the rail horizontal and 1/3 inside the horizontal have been obtained and the frazzled degree of rail has been judged .Finally, according to the train mileometer , the location of badly-frazzled rail has been given and these reliable informations are very important for the railway administration's maintenance and the train running in safety.
