摘要
对故障信息的提取是机组状态监测与故障诊断系统的核心 ,对于机组中大量存在的非平稳信号 ,目前有效的方法是用小波时频分析法 .由于信号经小波分解后 ,其数据点随着每次分解而成倍减少 ,严重影响了分析精度 ,而小波的图形显示算法使这一问题得到解决 ,基于该算法的实用程序应用于实际的信号分析中 。
Feature extraction is the core of condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system. Wavelet decomposition is used for non-stationary signal processing. When signal is decomposed using wavelet, data number is reduced to half follow each decomposition. It affects the analyzing precision. Interpolation graphical display algorithm of wavelet theory is adopted to solve it. At last, interpolation graphical display algorithm is applied for practical signal processing. Preferable effect has been achieved.
