切开法重睑术并发症的预防

Prevention of Post-operative Complication of Doubling Eyelid Operation by Incision Method

目的 探讨切开法重睑术术后并发症的预防方法。方法 对 180例要求做重睑术的求美者 ,行切开法重睑术 ,并对手术后重睑效果及并发症进行总结分析。结果 术后 180例患者均出现不同程度的肿胀 ,80 %病人眼睑肿胀在一周内消失。余病例肿胀时间较长 ;重睑形态良好者 16 5例 ,满意率 91%以上。结论 切开法重睑术效果好重睑持久 ,但术后肿胀时间较长 。

Objective To investigate the prevention of the post-operative complications of doubling eyelid operation by incision methods.Methods 180 cases of doubling eyelid underwent the doubling eyelid operation with incision method,we studied and analyzed the results and post-operation complication. Results All the 180 cases presented swelled eyelid,and 80% of the cases recovered one week later,others lasted longer period. 165 cases possessed expected results,amounting up to 91%.Conclusion Doubling eyelid was significant and permanent,but with longer period of swelling eyelid,and this complication could be prevented and minimized during operation.
