骨肿瘤患者情绪障碍护理探讨

Nursing on Emotion Disorder of Patients with Bone Tumor

目的 探讨针对性护理干预对消除骨肿瘤患者情绪障碍的作用。方法 应用SDS、SAS分别对实施干预前后的实验组、对照组患者进行二次评分对照。结果 实施护理干预前实验组与对照组焦虑、抑郁发生率明显差异 ;实施护理干预后两组评分无明显差异。结论 针对性护理干预明显缓解骨肿瘤患者情绪紧张 。

Objective To inrestigate the effects of nursing intervention or preventing emotional disorders of patients with bone tumor.Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups, they were evaluated using SDS and SAS before nursing intervention and evaluated again in the same way after nursing intervention, then the results of the two groups were compared.Results Depression and anxiety of control group were signficantly higher than those of the other group before nursing intervention and the obvious difference disappeared after nuring interrention. Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with bone tumor could be important for preventing emotional disorder and releasing emotional intense.
