“84—15”的无融合生殖检测及其在育种上利用的评价

摘要 本文概述了对“84—15”的无融合生殖特性所进行的遗传学验证结果及在育种上的利用价值。结果表明:以“84—15”为母本与带显性标记基因的材料杂交,F_1表现为父本性状,F_2相对性状显隐性分离比率与普通水稻品种的杂交结果一样。但“84—15”对籼稻具有一定的亲和性,且食味品质好,可作为育种利用的特别材料。 This paper deals with the genetic test on the apomixis of Japonica rice '84-15' and its utilization in breeding. The result is that F1 male parent character and F2 ratio of dominant character and recessive character vhen '84-15' was used as female parent and crossed with marker gene varieties was similar to result of conventional rice crossing. However, '84-35' (Japonica) is compatible to some Indica rice and has a good eating quality so that it can be used in breeding as a special material.
