Determination of Paracetamol in Xiaoersuxiaoganmao Granules by HPLC

目的 :建立HPLC法测定小儿速效感冒冲剂中对乙酰氨基酚 ;方法 :用DescriptionC18(2 5 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ;流动相水 甲醇 (6 5∶35 ) ;流速 0 .8ml·min-1,检测波长 2 4 9nm ;结果 :线性范围 0 .10 4～ 0 .5 2 0mg·ml-1,r =0 .9999;平均加样回收率为 98.80 % ,RSD =1.13% (n =5 )。结论 :本法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好 ,为提高小儿速效感冒冲剂质量标准提供了一个可借鉴的方法。

Objective: To establish a method for the determination of paracetamol in Xiaoersuxiaoganmao granules by HPLC.Method: The Description C 18 ( 250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 um ) column was used,the mobile phase consisted of water methanol(65∶35) with the detecting wavelength at 249 nm, the flow rate was 0.8 ml·min -1 .Result: The mean recovery and RSD were 98.80% , RSD = 1.13 %( n =5),the linear range of paracetamol was within 0.104 0.520 mg·ml -1 ( r = 0.999 9 ). Conclusion: the method is simple, accurate, highly sensitive, and reproducible,and can provide a reference standard for the quality control of Xiaortsuxiaoganmao granules.
