摘要 丙烯是蒸汽裂解和催化裂化装置的副产品,由于常规的蒸汽裂解和催化裂化装置的丙烯产量难以满足丙烯快速增长的需求,近年来国内外都在积极开发生产丙烯的新技术,开拓生产丙烯的原料新来源。介绍了目前世界上可供工业应用的5种丙烯生产新技术:①石脑油蒸汽裂解装置的丁烯和乙烯复分解生产丙烯;②重原料油催化裂化增产丙烯;③低价值重烯烃裂化生产丙烯;④丙烷脱氢生产丙烯;⑤甲醇选择性转化生产丙烯。 Propylene is the by-product of steam cracking and catalytic cracking.In recent years China and many other countries have been developing new propylene production technology and exploiting raw material resources for propylene production because of the production capacity of steam crackers and catalytic crackers not meeting the rapid increasing demand for propylene.Five new technologies for producing propylene were introduced as follows:①by composite decomposition of butylenes and ethane from naphtha steam crakers;②by catalytic cracking of heavy material oil;③by cracking low-value heavy alkene;(④by) dehydrogenization of propane;and ⑤by selective conversion of methanol.
