摘要
介绍了中国石化安庆分公司腈纶部溶剂回收装置结晶沉降系统的工艺流程,原流程在原液制备工序中产生的硫酸钠晶体易堵塞板框过滤机,在纺丝工序易堵塞喷丝孔。分析了影响结晶系统沉降效果的各个因素,提出了提高晶体沉降效果的改进措施。工业应用结果表明,调整措施后,成品料液硫氰化钠中硫酸钠晶体的含量一直控制在指标范围内。
The process flow of the crystallization and sedimentation system in solvent recovery unit in Anqing Branch of SINOPEC Corporation was briefed. It was pointed out that the sodium sulfate crystal produced in the production of mother liquor could easily clog the plate-and-frame-type filters and spinning poles as well in the process of fibre spinning. The various factors influencing the sedimentation effect of the crystallization system were analyzed, and the measures taken for improving were proposed. The industrial application results indicated that the content of sodium sulfate crystal in sodium sulocyanide liquor was controlled all the way within the range of guideline.
