摘要
对经染色得到的有核骨髓细胞图像进行分割可以为白血病形态学诊断提供依据。颜色模型的选择对于彩色图像中颜色信息的充分利用、图像分割效果的好坏起着重要作用。HSI颜色模型符合人类的视觉习惯与视觉心理 ,有利于程序对图像颜色信息的利用 ,在本文中采用它作为表达有核骨髓细胞图像颜色信息的模型 ,根据不同系列细胞在颜色上的不同表现 ,分别使用H分量。
The segmentation of color karyocyte images can provide morphological proves for diagnosing leukemia.It is important for choosing a right color model to fully make use of color information of images and get a good segmentation effect.The HSI color model fits human visual habit and it also is propitious to make use of image's color information.This paper adopts it to describe color information of cell images,and separately uses H,S as threshold condition to segment karyon area and plasm area according to color characters of different types of cells.
