摘要
采用外购Q345A连铸板坯,在韶钢2500mm轧机上进行了以"再结晶区+未再结晶区"两阶段控轧及轧后空冷或水冷工艺为主体的中板控轧控冷试验,主要研究了轧制温度、终冷温度对钢板组织和性能的影响,为韶钢"大转炉—中板轧机"生产高强度低合金钢板进行了控轧控冷工艺的技术储备.
Industrial experiments on controlled rolling and cooling of Q345A medium plates with continuously cast slabs were carried out using a 2500mm rolling mill at SISG. The two-stage controlled rolling process conducted in the 'recrystalization + non-recrystalization temperature' ranges, followed by air- or water-cooling was tested to investigate the effects of the rolling temperature and finishing temperature on the microstructure and properties of the plates. The test results will provide a technical basis for the production of low-alloy and high-strength steel plates using the '120t converter-plate roller' production line being built at SISG.
