摘要
通过分析我国护理教育目前仍然重复着低水平、低层次教育的现状,找出影响我国护理教育发展的主要原因,如:医疗-护理模式的束缚、护理教师队伍薄弱以及护理理念陈旧等。针对这些原因提出通过转变护理模式、护理教育理念、教学模式以及全面提高护理专业教师队伍的整体素质来适应护理教育国际化。
Through an analysis of current status of low-level repetitions of nursing education in China,the author finds out the major causes affecting the nursing education development in the country,e.g.fetters of medical treatment-nursing pattern,the weakness of nursing teaching staffand obsolete concepts of nursing.In allusion to these causes,the author proposes ways to adapting to nursing education internationalization by changing the nursing patern,the nursing education concepts and teaching modes as well as raising the total quality of the teachers specialized in nursing.
