摘要
供需策略是供应链管理中的重要内容。通过对医疗器械供应链底端的客户价值要素分析,针对供应链上供需的基本模型,提出建立第三方物流、战略联盟或合作伙伴、评测和再评价、规模定制和电子商务等5种策略及其适用范围,并作出评价。
Supply and demand strategy is the most important content in SCM.This paper analyzed the value element of the client and the basic model of the supply chain.Then the author gives five strategies,explains how to use them,and gives different opinions about them,these strategies include the third logistics,strategic league or cooperate fellow,estimate and reassess,scale customization,electronic business And so on.
