Choices for Approaches to Improve Contemporary College Students' Moral Diathesis

现阶段提高大学生道德素质有多条途径,包括建立和完善新的德育管理机制,强化利益机制,改进竞争机制;提高道德认知能力,培养大学生自主道德意识,唤醒学生的道德良知,实施正确的价值观教育和理想教育;积极营造良好的学校德育环境,重视教师德行的言传身教,发挥校园文化的德育功能和榜样的力量;重视道德行为的实践训练,强调知行合一,培养学生科学的职业道德观。

Today, there are many approaches to improve college students' moral diathesis, including establishing and perfecting new management system of education on diathesis; strengthening beneficial mechanism and improving competition mechanism; enhancing the ability of cognizing with diathesis and developing college students' independent moral consciousness; arousing college students' conscience; carrying out correct education on value and ideal; making active effort to establish a good school environment for moral education; paying attention to teachers' personal examples and behavior mode; exerting the moral education function of campus and culture and the influential effect of examples; valuing the practical training of moral and focusing on the combination of knowledge and practice, cultivating student's scientific professional view of morality.
