The New Talent Cultivation Mode and the Reformation in Senior Professional College

围绕高职高专教育的人才培养目标,抓好专业建设和课程改革,已成为高职高专院校亟待解决的问题。首先,必须依据市场和行业的需求抓好专业建设;其次,必须按照应用性、实践性、标准化的原则更新重组教学内容。只有这样,才能真正体现高职、高专教育的特点,使高职高专教育得到更好的发展。

Centering closely on the goal of talent cultivation in senior professional education and realizing professional construction and course reform have become the problems that have to be settled urgently. First, we must make great effort to the curriculum construction according to the demand of the market and profession. Second, we must update and reorganize the teaching content according to the principles of utilization, practice, and standardization. Therefore, the characteristics of the senior professional education can be really reflected, so as to make our education develop in a better way.
