Aimed at changing urban garbage into resources, this paper point out the status quo of urban garbage, trend of development and measures taken in china according to the experiences obtained in practlce in china. It analyzes access and technologies of producing building material using urban garbage. This technology play an important role in the society developmental and ecological environment protection. The application of this technology will promote the sustainable development.
