摘要
针对江苏油田套损井程度和数量已严重影响了开发和稳产 ,严重制约了小断块油藏开发水平的提高这一现实问题 ,通过引进多种工程测井技术及方法 ,对有效地控制和防止油水井的套管损坏程度 ,产生了良好的效果。文章介绍了井壁超声成像、电磁探伤、40独立臂井径三种套损检测方法的工作原理、结构及功能特点 ,分析了对套损的检查及在指导修井作业中的应用效果 ,阐明了三种工程测井技术及方法在套损预防。
The ultrasonic borehole imager, electromagnetic flaw detection tool, 40 arm imaging calliper are the logging tools that can be used to detect casing damages through tubes. This paper introduces the working principles, the structures and the performance characteristics of the three tools, mainly analyses the applications in detecting casing damages and guiding operations as workover treatment and more. The paper also illustrates the functions of engineering logging in precaution and prediction of casing damages.
