CJ18-200套管变形组合测量仪及其在临盘油田的应用

摘要 在油田的开发过程中 ,油水井套管的损坏日趋严重 ,直接影响了油田的正常生产。为解决这一问题 ,胜利油田临盘采油厂引进了CJ1 8- 2 0 0套管变形组合测量仪 ,该仪器具有 1 8个独立井径传感器 ,能提供环套管内壁 1 8个方向上的井径变化 ,其成像功能能够提供套管的立体图、展开图和截面图 ,结合该仪器的井温、磁重量、磁井径等曲线能清晰准确判别套管的损坏类型和损坏程度。现场使用表明 ,该仪器对套管的孔眼、裂缝、错断变形反映准确 ,为进一步采取措施提供了可靠依据 。 Casing damage becomes more and more serious with the development of oil field, which has influenced the well balanced production. Because of this, Linpan oil production plant, Shengli oilfield adopted CJ18-200 casing deformation combinition logging tool. The tool has 18 independent arm imaging caliper sensors, which can provide the diameter change of 18 direction round inner wall of well casing. Its imaging function can help us get the solid, outspread or section picture. Combined with the temperature, magnetic caliper and magnetic gravity, this tool can be used for detecting various type and degree of casing damages. The field application proves that this tool can detect the casing eyelet, crack or split with precise reflection. It gives out a credible proof for the next project and acquires a distinct application effection.
