当泵的流量设定为常数后 ,通过测定在单位时间内通过UHT机恒温管的水的重量后得出质量流量ms,然后根椐恒温管的内径d和水的密度ρ计算出流速u ,再通过恒温管的长度L计算出杀菌时间t。
When the flow of the pump is set as the constant, the mass flow m s is obtained by measuring the weight of water passing through the constant-temperature pipes of the UHT sterilizer in unit time. Then, according to the inner diameter d of the constant-temperature pipes and the density of water ρ, velocity of flow u is calculated. After that, the scheduled time t is got from the length L of the constant-temperature pipes. It's required that the scheduled time t accord with the critical limit (CL).
