亚临界压力汽包锅炉水的低磷酸盐处理

摘要  根据已发表的0~300℃实验数据[1],采用线性等库仑外推法估算出350℃磷酸盐的各级解离常数,计算了磷酸盐"隐藏"前后锅炉水pH值的变化,最后从理论上论证了亚临界压力锅炉水低磷酸盐处理的合理性。 The various steps dissociation constants of phosphoric acid at 350℃ are estimated based on published experimental data of 0~300℃ with linear isocoulombic extrapolation,and the variation of boiler pH value before and after phosphate hideout is calculated,finally the rationality of low phosphate treatment for boiler water of subcritical pressure drum boiler is demonstrated theoretically in this paper.
