Opportunities and challenges are two sides of one thing in globalization. It produces not only fund, market, the reform and economic system, but also financial problems, the problems of industrial development and the social conflicts. One of the features in globalization is that international communication causes the domestic conflicts. Because the human relation is an environment and condition for material production, a national state must deal properly with the challenge in domestic relation in the first place, and then it can grasp opportunities in production and become a winner in globalization.
