摘要
Are there objectivity and truthfulness in historical cognition? This is a fundamental question that determines the nature of historiography. By making analysis and summary, the paper holds historical cognition in different levels has different objectivity, truthfulness and rationality. The objectivity can be achieved in clarifying the historical figures and events. The truth can be sought in abstractiveness of the implication, effect and nature of history. The scientific rationality can be sought in historical evaluation and value judgement. The paper is not aiming at providing a paradigm for achieving historical objectivity and truth, but aiming at arguing for possibility and methodological system for achieving historical objectivity and truth.
