摘要
通过对附加价值概念新的分析 ,指出附加价值中存在初始附加价值和激励附加价值的必然性。激励附加价值是在初始附加价值的基础上通过激励因素实现的高满意度。有效的激励是企业实现利润最大化目标的重要方法和手段。激励因素在实现激励附加值的经济价值的同时 ,实现了满足消费者的精神心理价值 ,而心理价值是高满意度的核心。指出附加价值是动态的 ,它主要受产品综合质量、价格、产量、物耗成本和产品销售量的影响。提出了激励因素的几种类型和创造方法 ,分析了各类不同激励因素的激励机制和作用 ,明确指出“设计艺术”是众多激励因素中最重要和最有效的 ,它具有巨大的知识经济价值潜能 ,在竞争激烈的市场经济中设计艺术对企业的经济效益 。
This article esplains the necessity of the primitive additional value and the stimulation additional value existing in the additional value through a new analysis of the additional value concept. Stimulation additional value is the high CIS brought about by stimulation factors on the basis of the primitive additional value. Effective stimulation is the improtant means for an enterprise to realize its aim of gaining maximum profit. The stimulation factor achieves the psychological value to meet the mentality of the customers, at the same time when it realizes the economic value of stimulation additional value, and the psychological values core of the high CIS. The study points out that the additional value is a dynamic one, and it is influenced by general quality, price, output, cost and sale volume of products. This article puts forwards several types of stimulation factor and some methods to create them, analyses the stimulation mechanism and functions of differint stimulation factors and points out clearly that “design art” is one of the most important and effective means among various kinds of stimulation factors. It has great value potentialities of knoqledge economy. Under the highly competitive market economy,the design art has very important economic and social significance to the economic gains of an enterprise and the development of the material and spiritual civilizations.
