初识小结胸证

PRIMARY RECOGNIZATION OF SYMPTOM OF ACCUMULATION OF PHLEGM-HEAT IN THE CHEST

小结胸证乃由邪气入里或表证误下,邪热内陷,与心下痰饮相结而成。其病位在心下,按之则痛,脉浮滑。清热开结化痰为其治法,小陷胸汤为主方。

The symptom of accumulation of Phlegm-heat in the chest is caused by the combination of epigastric phlegm retention and invasion of the interior of the body by pathogenic heat which is induced by invasion of the interior of the body by pathogenic factor or treated by erroneous administration of purgatives on exterior syndrome.The location of the disease is epigastric.It is companyed with pressed-pain and floating slippery pulse.Removing heat-phlegm and relieving stagnation is the treatment.It is the main prescription by Xiao Xianxiong Tang.
