摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯、聚醚二醇、二羟甲基丙酸为原料,通过高分子反应得到预聚体,将此预聚体在低浓度的氨基硅烷偶联剂溶液中扩链,制得一种氨基硅烷偶联剂改性的聚氨酯水乳液。性能测试结果表明:以此乳液再配以其它助剂制得的水性聚氨酯木器涂料,具有优异的附着力、耐水性和力学性能。
The polyurethane prepolymer was made through polymerization reaction of toluene diisocyanate(TDI), polyether (N210) and dimethylolpropionic acid (DMPA),which was extended in silane coupler and triethylamine emulsion to prepare a series of silane coupler modified waterborne polyurethane emulsions.The results of property measurements show that waterborne polyurethane wood coatings have excellent conglutination strength,water resistance and mechanical properties.
