湖北省2003年疟疾流行态势分析

Analysis of Malaria Situation in Hubei 2003

目的 掌握湖北省 2 0 0 3年疟疾流行态势 ,提出有效的防治措施。方法 收集 2 0 0 3年疟疾疫情 ,对重点地区进行居民带虫率及蚊媒种类和密度调查 ,分析全省疟疾流行现状。结果 全省共报告疟疾 5 344例 ,发病率 0 .89/万 ,比去年上升 0 .0 6 % ;嗜人按蚊疟区发病 4 785例 ,占全省病例的 89.5 4 % ,发病率 3.0 3/万 ,比去年下降 4 .5 3% ;3个县市出现局部暴发流行。中华按蚊疟区发病 5 5 9例 ,占全省病例的 1 0 .4 6 % ,发病率 0 .1 3/万 ,比去年上升 6 9.91 %。结论 全省疟疾疫情与 2 0 0 2年基本持平 ,但流行范围向鄂西北扩散。疟防工作的重点应放在老河口市和嗜人按蚊疟区的 1 2个重点县 (市、区 )

Objective To undersand the features of malaria epidemic situation in Hubei 2003 and provide effective prevention and control measures. Methods To collect malaria epidemic data in 2003, investigate the rate of residents with Plasmodium and species and density of mosquitoes in key areas, and analyze the present malaria epidemic situation. Results 5344 cases of malaria were reported in Hubei (0 89/10000) with a increase of 0 06% over last year; 4785 cases were reported from 18 counties with Anopheles anthropophagus,which accounted for 89 54% of the total with incidence of 3 03/10000 and a decrease of 4 53% as compared with last year; and there were local malaria outbreaks in 3 counties. 559 malaria cases were reported from 63 counties with Anopheles sinensis,which accounted for 10 46% of the total with the incidence of 0 13/10000 and a increase of 69 91% over last year. Conclusion The malaria epidemic situation was showing a tendency of growing up and the epidemic areas were extending to northwest Hubei.Therefore, the key points of malaria prevention and control should be put in the 12 counties with Anopheles anthropophagus and Laohekou city with Anopheles sinensis.
