摘要
用蚕豆微核技术对淮北煤矿塌陷区的水体水质进行监测 ,同时测定了水体的CODcr和BOD5。结果表明 :淮北煤矿塌陷区水质已经受到轻、中度污染 ;蚕豆微核技术与CODcr、BOD5 具有一定的相关性 ,同样可以指示水体污染程度。用蚕豆微核技术可以监测煤矿塌陷区水质污染。
This paper evaluated the effect of water pollution on subsided area of Huaibei coalmine using micronucleus test technique,BOD and COD.The result shows that water in subsided area of Huaibei coalmine has been polluted mediumly or slightly.Micronucleus test with Vicia faba has cerˉtain relation with COD and BOD,so it is reliable to monitor water pollution on subsided area of coalmine by using micronucleus test with vicia faba.
