摘要
本文确立了用丙酮和二氯甲烷提取,弗罗里硅土和活性炭柱净化,提取苹果中异菌脲;用乙酸乙酯和石油醚提取土壤中异菌脲,用ECD检测苹果和土壤中异菌脲残留量的气相色谱分析方法。添加回收率为苹果95.6%~105.4%,土壤98.2%~106.7%;变异系数为苹果1.6%~4.4%、土壤0.9%~2.6%;最低检出浓度为0.01mg/kg。
A method was developed for determination of iprodionere sidue in apple and soil. Iprodione residues in apple and soil was extracted by acetone and dichloromethane, cleaned up by pass through a florisil and active carbon column, determined by GC equipped with a ECD. The average recoveries of iprodione in apple and soil were 95.6%~105.4%, 98.2%~106.7% respectively. The variation coefficient were 1.6%~4.4%, 0.9%~2.6% respectively. Limits of detection were 0.01mg/kg.
