摘要
在转杯纺设备上开发生产了 73.8tex、36 .9tex大豆蛋白纤维针织纱。介绍了大豆蛋白纤维的性能和转杯纺工艺流程 ,针对大豆蛋白纤维抱合力差、纺纱静电严重、湿度敏感、纺纱困难的问题 ,分析介绍了各工序采取的关键技术措施。通过加强原料预处理和环境相对湿度的控制 ,优化配置工艺 ,有效解决了粘卷、成条困难、缠绕严重及成纱毛羽多的问题 ,保证了新产品的顺利生产。
Soybean protein fibre yarn of 73.8 tex and 36.9 tex are developed in rotor spinning machine. Performance of soybean protein fibre and rotor spinning process are introduced .The key technology measure of each process are analysed according to bad cohesion, terrible spinning static, sensitive humidity, difficult spinning .The problems of lap licking, difficult sliver forming, serious wind and more hairiness are resolved effectively by strengthening raw material pretreatment, controlling environmental relative humidity, optimizing configuration process.
