摘要
目的观察羟基喜树碱(HCPT)、氟尿嘧啶(5Fu)、醛氢叶酸(CF)联合治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效。方法将60例大肠癌患者随机分成两组,分别采用HCPT+5Fu+CF方案及5Fu+CF方案化疗两个周期以上,评价其疗效及毒性。结果HCPT+5Fu+CF组有效率50.0%,明显高于5Fu+CF组(23.3%,P<0.05)。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应及脱发。结论HCPT+5Fu+CF方案治疗晚期大肠癌疗效高,毒副反应轻微。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of HCPT+5 Fu+CF in the treatment of colorectal cancer.Methods Sixty patients with colorectal cancer were randomized into two groups: experiment group(30 patients) received HCPT+5 Fu+CF regimen; control group(30 patients) received 5 Fu+CF regimen. The efficacy and toxicity were respectively measured after completion of two cycles of chemotherapy.Results The response in the experiment group (50.0%) was higher than that of the control group (23.3%, P <0.05).Conclusion The regimen of HCPT+5 Fu+CF is effective in the treatment of colorectal cancer, and is well tolerated.
