摘要
临床科研中经常会遇到一种比较特殊的资料,即病例随访资料,要评价某种药物或手术方式对患者的作用,往往要通过长期随访。在随访过程中,患者会出现各种不同的结局和不同的随访时间。生存分析是将事件发生结果和生存时间2个因素结合在一起进行分析的统计分析方法,该方法能同时分析完全数据和不完全数据,从而充分利用了医学研究中所得到的信息,更加确切地评价和比较随访资料。本文主要介绍生存分析的基本原理和方法。
In clinical research, the collected data covers a kind of special data that named follow-up data. However, long time's follow-up is necessary when to evaluate the effect of certain drugs or operations on the patients. During this process, various kinds of outcome and different follow-up times will be found among patients. Survival analysis is a kind of statistical methods that connect outcome with survival time and co-analyze them. This statistical method is used to analyze completed data and uncompleted data at the same time, which can make the best use of the information in medical research to evaluate and compare the follow-up data more exactly. This review introduces the basic principle and method of survival analysis.
