Defensins and tumor immunity and its relationship to oral tumors

防御素(defensins)是机体免疫防御系统中的重要组成部分之一,具有广谱抗微生物活性,能够杀死G+菌、G-菌、真菌及一些膜被病毒,其细胞毒性和细胞裂解活性在肿瘤免疫方面也已引起广泛注意。目前,对各种肿瘤尤其是口腔肿瘤中防御素的研究日益增多,本文对防御素与肿瘤免疫及其与口腔肿瘤的关系进行综述。

Defensins play a vital part in immunodefensity, with broad-spectrum of antimicrobial activities. Defensins can kill G+, G- bacterial, fungal and some virus. At the same time, their cytotoxicity and cytolysis in tumor immunity are getting more and more attention. At present, studies on defensins in tumors especially in oral tumors increase. This paper summarizes defensins and tumor immunity and its relationship to oral tumors.
