长期血液透析并发腕管综合征5例
Carpal tunnel syndrome in five patients on long term hemodialysis
摘要
目的 :探讨长期血液透析并发腕管综合征的临床表现及病因。方法 :对 5例长期血透并发腕管综合征的患者进行相关观察及检查。结果 :透析性腕管综合征有其特征性临床表现。结论 :透析性腕管综合征是一种特殊类型的综合征 ,应早期诊断。
