摘要
肥胖与儿童青少年心血管疾病的危险因素相关联 ,这些危险因素可持续至成年期 ,导致日后心血管疾病患病风险增加。很多研究显示 ,相对于体脂含量、儿童体脂分布与心血管疾病之间的相关性更为密切。该文对肥胖儿童体脂分布与心血管疾病关系的流行病学及其关联机制作一综述。
Obesity is associated with cardiovascular disease of children and adolescents. Since cardiovascular risk factors persist into adulthood, obesity in childhood and adolescence may lead to development of cardiovascular diseases in the future. Many studies have shown that fat distribution has a closer association with cardiovascular diseases than fat mass does. In this paper, we reviewed the epidemiology and mechanism of association of fat distribution with cardiovascular diseases in obese children.
