摘要
念珠菌性外阴阴道炎是一种由白色念珠菌引起的机会性真菌感染 ,目前认为阴道局部细胞介导免疫在宿主的抗念珠菌机制中发挥重要的作用 ,局部Th1和Th2细胞的协调作用决定了机体对真菌的易感性。另外 ,体液免疫和阴道上皮的天然抗念珠菌感染机制可能也发挥了抗念珠菌性阴道感染的作用。针对念珠菌特异抗原制成的疫苗、抗体、细胞因子等可望成为防治念珠菌性外阴阴道炎的新策略。
Vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) is an opportunistic fungal infection caused by Candida species. Local cell-mediated immunity (CMI), rather than systemic CMI, has recently been considered to be the predominant host defense mechanism against vaginal fungi. It appears that coordination of local Th1 and Th2 determines the susceptibility to Candida sepicies. On the other hand, humoral immunity and an innate host defense mechanism against Candida albicans in vaginal epithelial cells may also contribute to resist to VVC. Therapeutic vaccines,antibodies against candida-specific antigens and cytokines may be new immunotherapeutic strategies to control vulvovaginal candidiasis.
