摘要
宫颈癌的发病率在妇科肿瘤中居第二位 ,如能早期发现是可以治愈的恶性肿瘤之一。筛查是切断宫颈癌发展的重要手段。该文就近年来宫颈癌的传统筛查手段、病毒学检测方法、生物学标志物的检测作一综述。
The incidence of cervical cancer is ranked the second among gynecological tumors. It is the only malignant tumor which can cure if it is detected in early time. Screening among population is an important method to block occurrence and development of cervical cancer. This article reviewed the conventional screening methods used in recent years, virological examination and detection of biological markers of cervical cancer.
