摘要
根据浇筑混凝土工程桩的实践探讨,在浇筑混凝土工程桩及水下桩混凝土时,以往由于混凝土配合比设计不合理等原因引起的强度不合格,需要补强或者水泥用量过多造成成本增大、浪费等不合理现象。本文针对上述问题论述了浇筑C30工程桩,及C35水下桩混凝土时要从原材料选择和优化配合比设计,派专业性较强的质检员到现场质检质控;施工单位严格按程序施工。从而使得浇筑混凝土的工程桩和水下桩经抽芯、动测、超声波检测,质量均达优良。确保了工程质量,受到施工方,甲方,监理的高度赞扬。
According to experience to place engineering pile of concrete, there are some cases that concrete pile can not meet strength requirement and need strengthening after placing because of unreasonable mix proportion design; And there are also some cases that concrete has too much cement content which results in higher cost and unnecessary waste. Aiming at this question, this paper discusses about ensuring quality of C30 grade and C35 grade concrete pile structure by material selection, mix proportion optimization, strengthening quality control of concrete in construction site, fully following the construction procedure. All these ensure the excellent quality of concrete pile tested by drilled core, dynamic testing, supersonic testing, and win high appraisal from construction people, owner, and superintend.
