摘要 本文通过利用现场原材料,进行了减水剂的选择试验,采取了在砂浆中掺加膨润土的措施,进行配合比优化试验,改善了盾构法同步注浆用水泥砂浆的施工性能,达到了防止注浆堵管、注浆压在设定的范围内的目的,实现了较好的注浆效果。 In this paper, the test has been done to select the appliciable plasticizer, the means that the bentonite being mixed into mortar has been taken, and the proportioning of mortar has been optimized. The working performance of synchronous grouting by shield method of cement mortar has been improved, and the aim to avoid the jam in the grouting and make the pressure of the grouting at the range of being set up has been achieved. The good results of grouting has been obtained by the excellent performance of mortar.
